My source string is :
1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 4"a,b,c" , "5 a,b,c" , 6
x x x x x x
What I am looking for is all "commas" except when they
are in between double quotes.
So the matches should correspond to the x's above.
What I am trying to do is to parse a csv file to get
the all the columns created using MS Excel. But
MSExcel allows users to have commas inside a cell. And
they do that by putting quotes around it.
