The file is probably on your file system (c:\winnt\system32\ntfrs.exe), but
if the service isn't running, I wouldn't worry about it. It may be an
installation or configuration option that Michael selected, but that you
didn't. Alternatively, it could be something that doesn't get activated
unless you're running Advanced Server, which has lots of additional doodads.
