Upon upgrading ColdFusion Server 4.5 to ColdFusion Server 4.5.1(Windows NT 4.0 with MS Service Pack 5), IIS 4.0 is not able to bind any IP Addresses with port 80 to any of the web sites in IIS 4.0. When ColdFusion is disabled in Services (Control Panel) and rebooted IIS 4.0 is fine. Then when I installed the ColdFusion Server 4.5.1 Service Pack the same problem happened again, but this time disabling the CF Service in Services and reboot did not allow IIS 4.0 to bind any IP Addresses to port 80. As a temporary measure all web sites have been modified to bind to port 81. Help is greatly appreciated.
