I would agree. Unfortunately, the most likely cause of this problem is
probably not a fault/bug in CF, but a coding or configuration mistake.
There is a rather long list of things which can cause CF to hang.
What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
Have you read and adhered to Allaire's KB advice on optimal configuration
for the server? Have you reviewed the logs for errors? What have you done
so far to track down potentially slow code? Using any third party CFX tags?
Calling CFHTTP much?
