I definitely think you should look at it. There's only one problem with it
of which I'm aware, and that's how SP6a breaks the use of "fake" URLs when
using the CFCONTENT tag. An example of a "fake" URL, as well as an
alternative solution, can be seen here:

Other than that, I think that SP6a is a worthwhile service patch - it has
several improvements in the TCP/IP stack, for example. As with any upgrade,
test it thoroughly before applying it to any production servers.
