Has anyone had problems with really slow RDS connections? I have recently built a new NT 4.0 box with CF Enterprise 4.51 SP1, and used advanced security. When someone makes an RDS connection for the first time, it takes just over 2 minutes to respond (I actually timed it). Now I have turned on cache, which makes any return trip fast, but that initial response time is a killer. I checked the machine useage and the server is practically asleep during that 2 minutes. Netwrok trafic isn't a problem since the two computers are just down the hall from each other (and network usage is rather low). Anyone have any ideas or similar problems? Any and all help is welcomed, I am stumped.
