the file headertest1.cfm content a background image?

Hey,
Would anyone happen to know why backgrounds don't show up in IE4 when using
<cfinclude> or <cfhttp>? The include file has no background properties.
Though it seems to work fine in IE5.
Example:
<cfinclude template="headertest1.cfm">
<body background="/images/AspnduoB.gif">
