use document.layers for netscape. In order to differentiate the browsers,
use the navigator.appName variable. Something like this:

if (navigator.appName == 'Netscape') {
     //code for Netscape using document.layers
    } else { //Internet Explorer
      //code for Explorer using document.all
      }

Hope this helps. Regards.

Has anyone used this tag before? I found it at the following url:
http://devex.allaire.com/developer/gallery/info.cfm?id=CA347388-2830-11D4-AA
9700508B94F380&method=full

I have placed some test code out there and it seens to work fine with
internet explorer. It receives an error when Netscape is used:
"document.all has no properties. ".

The example can be found at: http://www.admsoft.com/new-cfm-tag/examples.cfm
the source can be found above.

I am not a javascript expert , more of a novice, and before I spend a lot
of time trying to figure this out I wondered if anyone had already fixed
this problem.

Thanks in advance,

kaigler
