Checking the log helped to find the problem.  Through it we were able to
locate the day the problem started and lo and behold, our network people had
made some changes causing the problem on that day.  Now it is fixed and
working properly!

Try sending to only one outside user first - do not send to mass list yet.
If on NT - check the log in /cfusion/mail/log/messages.log also check
/cfusion/mail/log/errors.log

See if the Spool directory has anything pending to send out
/cfusion/mail/spool
See the undeliveravle Directory for further hints/tips
/cfusion/mail/undelivr
