Tony,
The answer is simple - use one of studios templates to figure out the
process, or use it as is. 

If you have Cold Fusion Studio. Try this.

1.) File -->New -->CFML --> Select the Library wizard.
2.) This will allow you to upload file to its' destination - check the code,
make changes.
