It is a product that a webmaster can purchase to gain access to the ISP's
administrative functions. I am trying to build it freindly to the ISP so
that they make the choice to run the software and we avoid opening
unauthorized access. The buyer could certainly install a reg-key on there
own machine but would need the ISP to do it on machines that they do not
own.
