the cfdocumentation installs by default on the server you're developing on -- try
http://127.0.0.1/cfdocs/
if that doesn't work, there are a lot of coldfusion websites out there who forgot
to take off their documentation...
just go to google and search for "cfdocs/index.htm"
here's a few instances of folks who forgot, feel free to use 'em:
