Well, there's about 300 sites. That's the problem. IIS spikes from 00 to 99%
and then disappears. I have a program that runs every 2 minutes and restarts
it. Microsoft pointed me to a new debugger they have that takes a picture of
the processes when it spikes. I'll try that tomorrow. It just started
happening Tuesday night.
