The problem may be caused by overly-restrictive permissions on the ISAPI
extension used by CF. Assuming you installed CF on your C driver, the file
C:\CFUSION\BIN\ISCF.DLL should have RX permissions for the IIS anonymous
user, as well as for any other accounts that authenticate through IIS.
