no but you can use server side includes. which would have a .shtml
extension, and are processed by IIS.
I can't remember the exact syntax, but you can look that up. I think it was
something like:
<!-- #include file ="Common/ChangeLoginConfirm.asp" -->

Can you <cfinclude> from *.htm *.html based files? I want to be able to
