I think I heard that you need twice as much free ram as the size of the 
file your uploading. Since cf loads the uploaded file into memory. Large 
file uploads with cf are bad news.

I've gotten these errors with 3-5 meg files on a webser5ver with 128 megs 
of ram. If you have other active applications holding on to Ram you'll need 
to up the Ram on the machine.
