Since I just spent an hour trying to figure this out I thought I'd share the
info (it's probably in the release notes or something). If you have saved
perfmon settings that worked with CF 4.0x, they will not work with CF 4.5x;
they will just stay at 0 no matter how much activity the box has. The
reason: Allaire changed the name of the object that perfmon uses to get the
data, from "Cold Fusion Application Server" to "ColdFusion Server". The
fix: add the counters under the new object name.
