It's not required, but it does seem to be stable. You can install it after
installing your applications. Make sure that you reinstall the latest IIS
patch bundle (q293826_w2k_sp3_x86_en.exe) after SP2, as for some reason it
looks like that SP2 may overwrite part or all of that patch.
