We are not doing anything with PKI yet, but I would also like to hear what
is going on with CF and PKI.

Subject: Encryption/PKI - what are you doing with it?

Hi,

Excuse the slightly off topic post, but I am seeking your feedback regarding
encryption/PKI - what your doing with it, are you using it in your web apps
etc.

We've recently been doing some work with encryption and have developed/are
developing some solutions to allow us to:

- send PGP signed/encrypted emails from CF
- sign/encrypt WDDX packets between servers
- sign transactions
- authenticate using digital certs

Doing this stuff right now is hard work - and we feel it should simply be
possible to call a custom tag and have it do the hard work, abstracting the
complexities from the developer.

To this end we are considering building a solution for the CF community,
probably as a combination of free CF tags and a paid product. In order to do
so, and to create something that everyone can really benefit from we are
seeking your feedback first. We've posted a short questionnaire on our site
at www.in-tuition.co.uk (it's at the foot of the front page). I'd be really
grateful if you would take some time to complete it.

Your help is much appreciated

TIA
