I found some info earlier this year when a client was asking about that, including a
few CFTalk messages.
According to those posts, Errors 109 and 232 can occur when a user stops the browser
before CF is finished writing the page. Could happen when CF is
busy and takes a long time to return the page, and the user gets tired of waiting. Or
for a page that takes a noticeable amount of time to return for any
reason.
