Using the <cffile action="Upoload"...
It will create a structue of cffile that contains a lot of usuable
information about that file...
Here is a brief overview of properties.
    cffile.ContentType            First part of the MIME
    cffile.SubType                 Second part of the MIME
    cffile.ServerFile             Full Filename saved on the server
    cffile.ServerFileExt         File Extention saved on the server
    cffile.ServerFileName     File Name without the extention saved on the
server....
