I agree with Justin, running a virus scanning tool (well, especially in
real-time mode) is unnecessary and in some cases is of no help. Free tools
like URLScan and IISLockdown from MS will protect from known and potential,
un-discovered, vulnerabilities and following the security guidelines for
your system (i.e. not just IIS) and keeping up to date with security
patches will keep your system very secure.
