Noah, do you have a 0 byte size file (other than spool.ini which shouldn't be 0 byte) in the \CFUSION\MAIL\SPOOL directory? If so, delete (or move) it.
Also, the TagCFMail::sendMessage error was a problem in 4.5.1. We have checked ColdFusion Administrator, and CFFILE tag and CFMAIL tag are 'enabled.' 5.. Finally we have looked at the ColdFusion Log files and could not find the problem.
