I've used the sybex windows 2000 server book by Mark Minasi. I found it very
useful, and a lot of it is written from an NT admins perspective.

Cheers

Win2K Essential Reference (New Riders) is a decent all round intro and
basic reference. Would be worth looking at getting specific books for
certain areas, particularly security (the O'Reilly book Seruring Windows
2000 Server for the Internet is good).
