I hate to admit to this, but here goes.

It seems that when my manager did the upgrade to Server 2000, the password
for RDS got changed.
I did copy the MAIN folder into the CFIDE folder as suggested in the posts,
and reset my password to what it should be and now everything is working
great.

The HTTP Error seems to be from the fact that RDS was not actually
starting back up for me.

As you see from posts, I share that problem as well, interested if the
bugfix for that works for yu, dusn`t forme, see
