I haven't run into this problem myself, but I suspect that it has something
to do with either (a) your file permissions for that directory or, more
likely, (b) something different in your vhosts section of httpd.conf for
that particular virtual host. If you want to post some or all of your
httpd.conf, that might be helpful.
