Check the permissions on \CFUSION\BIN\ISCF.DLL; make sure that Authenticated
Users have read/execute rights to it. Check the permissions on your CFM
files themselves; the anonymous user IUSR_MACHINENAME, as well as any other
users you want to use, should have execute rights to them, and the CF
service itself should have read rights.
