I also saw some mention of it on Macromedia's forums site (go to MM and search on this string: Error attempting to write location redirection to web server). But it seems like it may have more to do with a hotfix or patch. Have you applied anything recently (besides SP6a)? Have you used anything like the security roll up tool or other IIS security patches? Nobody has answered those posts on MM, maybe another round of posting would help?
