I went into CF administrator and there are no probes running. But I think I found it. there is a setting under debug options in Cf administrator that has "enable performance monitoring" checked. I have unchecked it and it stopped.
As for URLScan, I want the log that the ISAPI filter generates, just did not understand why the logging was being done by two services, and thus was duplicate log files. Thanks for heading me in the right direction. > Can anyone tell me how to turn this logging off? You're running a probe, it looks like. You can turn off the probe, if you're not using it. Go into the CF Administrator, select Tools, System Probes, and click the Suspend checkbox next to the active probe. However, if you want to run the probe, you'll have to go into the IIS management console, find the file listed in your log, and deselect the logging option for that file. As for the URLScan log items, I don't think you can prevent them from going into your server logs - at least, not with the version of URLScan I'm familiar with.
