Is there an actual subdomain joe.domain.com? If so, there's nothing wrong
with what you've done, really. If not, that could be causing CF to confuse
the host and domain portions of your FQDN, I suppose. Cookies can correspond
to an individual host, or an entire domain, and it looks like the ones that
CF is creating for managing state are being set in such a way that they're
available to the entire subdomain.
