The link Howie posted is a good description of the problem. As it states, you can disable the Messenger service to prevent this. Or, you can just click "OK" and ignore it, frankly - it can't really do anything to the machine. However, what the link doesn't mention is that, ideally, you shouldn't expose Windows Networking functionality to the public internet - that is, no one outside your LAN or WAN should be able to send messages, or map drives, and so on. You should block Windows Networking traffic at your firewall and/or gateway router. If you can't do that, you should use Windows' TCP/IP security and filtering functionality to limit allowed inbound (and outbound, if you're using Windows 2000) traffic.
