Yeah, thats actually what I did. And next time I open IIS, or possibly 
after a reboot - its there again. Does this indicate some sort of failure 
to save settings on this system.

In fact, I have seen an event log message that reads:

"wndows cannot unload your registry file.  If you have a roaming profile, 
your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)). "

Does any one know what this error might mean?
