Sorry for the misunderstanding Stephen, I was expanding on your reply to 
the why install URLScan on all IIS servers question.

I definitely agree with others that there is no substitute for properly 
locking down your box, but for many IIS administrators, URLScan provides 
additional peace of mind with very little overhead.
