I think I'm using the same program. I downloaded the program from a technote
on macromedia's web site.
I'm using the cfm pages that came with the program to remove the clients.
I also get an error when I try and delete the clients from regedit

I use the program called killclient from Michael Dinowitz (sic?) It
works perfect. You may be having a problem with registry permissions.

How are you attempting to remove the clients? Are you using a program
or doing it using regedit?
