That's really helpful - and indeed thanks to those several who explained
this to me. It's a frustrating extra in CFMX that we hadn't experienced in
its predecessor, and I wonder aloud whether Macromedia have gone in the
right technical direction with these changes in MX - but we'll see.

We think we have control of this problem OK now. A most useful list.
