Web server running Windows 2000, IIS 5, and ColdFusion 5. Is the character set HTTP header that IIS returns for CF pages based on settings in the IIS metabase, or does IIS echo the CF HTTP headers? I'm just trying to set the character set, ideally through IIS rather than a meta tag or cfheader, to ISO-8859-1. Haven't gotten it to work yet, though.
