I have tried to locate different java vm files and map them in the 'Java and JVM' part of the cf server setup. I switched the Java Virtual Machine path to 'C:\CFusionMX\runtime\jre' from 'C:/CFusionMX/runtime/jre' and a few others, without it working.
I didn't have a CF admin password set or RDS. I tried adding one (the same) for each of them without any change in behavior.
I know that these problems are related to why DW MX is crashing so much and I can't use the Application panel...
If anyone can help, you will be relieving me of the biggest frustration I have ever had in computing. I contact MM regarding this and they blew me off until it was after the time period where I was allowed a tech support answer for free. I have posted this problem so many times.. I am so desperate right now for help. I haven't basically been able to code anything in CF since I downgraded to MX in february and I have a list of people waiting.
