You need to copy the *.jar files to the servers/lib directory Or lib directory Or Classes and restart.

Once you have restarted, you have to create a new JDBC Connection (PICK "OTHER" from the drop down)
and specify the driver url (com.******) and other connection parameters.... refer to JDBC Docs.

This has been discussed here alot, search archives for a detailed step-by-step instruction.

Subject: How to: Using Oracle JDBC drivers instead of MX's

  Hello,

How would one get CF MX version 6.1 to recognize the JDBC drivers that
Oracle uses instead of the default drivers for Oracle MX
  provides?

They have been installed already on a Win2K box and we're using version
  9.2.0.2.1 of Oracle.

Also, how can one specify a specific connectionstring for the Oracle driver?
