Make sure that you are running at least 9x versions of the oracle
driver!!!!! Or you will get weird problems such as jrun hanging
indefinately.
Even if you are running against an Oracle 8x db. Use the 9xx JDBC
Thin-client drivers!!

Which ODBC drivers? The ones that come with MX? Have you tried
running the same query in Oracle SQL Plus? Do you get the same
results?
