CF 5 Server Log Anomaly

The following is information taken from a record from the CF 5 server log file.  There are other occurances of this type, each having different "Ran:" values.

2004-01-08      09:20:38        Warning         170
Template: , Ran: 4840 seconds.

Why is there no path and file name after "Template:"?  What was run? Why did it 'run' for 4840 seconds?
