CFFile EOLn char(s)?

When using CFFile to write a text/CSV file, there is an optional
parameter AddNewLine (defaults to "yes") that "appends newline character
to text written to file."  My question is which newline character is
this?  Is it chr(10)?  Chr(13) & chr(10)?  Chr(13)?  Other?  Does it
depend on the JVM or OS you're using?  (we're using CFMX 6.1 with Sun
JVM 1.3.9 on Win2k)
