Yes, same here so someone at ExpertHost needs to unsubscribe and re-subscribe as themselves. They might have tried to be clever so everyone in "Support" sees the posts but not a good idea I would have thought. (We use a stand-alone forwarding account for that task, the one I am sending from now goes to every tech in the place so we all see the posts and no chance of bounces/holiday/autothingies getting in the way <g>)
