What and/or where could this case sensitivity be? All the links seem to
have the same case "CFIDE". The mapping is also uppercase "CFIDE" as well
as the directory name.
The most confusing example is the Verity links. The first one "Verity
Collections" [http://webprodadmin/CFIDE/administrator/verity/index.cfm]
works. But, "Verity K2 Server"
[http://webprodadmin/CFIDE/administrator/verity/k2server.cfm] does not work,
it returns a "HTTP 404 - File not find" error?
