If you found out if it is a real bug let us know as it would be good to know if that change is worth it.
Though to note, if it is a bug it is more than likely not with CF but with the DataDirect JDBC driver itself. -----Original Message----- From: Bert Dawson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 27 January 2005 13:15 To: CF-Server Subject: Re: stability Not as far as i know. There is one relating to connection pooling (http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_18980) mentioned on the hot fixes page, (http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_178830, but it sounds like a slightly different issue - the service didn't hang - it crashed. And that hotfix was included in the 6.1 updater: we had a new serervere with a clean install with updater applied, and the problem still occurred. We only resolved this yesterday, and haven't heard back from MM yet, so i don't know if this is a known issue or a new bug or what. I'll post here when i hear any more.
