To clarify, I'm trying to do something like this: <cfquery dbtype="query" name="blah"> select #Variables.FieldNameHere# from OtherQuery where #Variables.FieldNameHere# = "SomeValue" </cfquery>
If my field name is "Last Name" for example, you get a QoQ error complaining about an error near the word "Last". (it doesn't recognize it as a field name) Brackets, quotes, etc. don't seem to help. -----Original Message----- From: Raster, Tim [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, February 04, 2005 16:39 To: CF-Server Subject: MX QoQ Multi-Word Field Names I gotta use Query of Query to reference a dynamic recordset where some fields are multi-word (have spaces in the name). In databases such as Access or SQL Server, you can put brackets [] around it to treat it as a single word. QoQ barfs on that. How do I reference multi-word field names in a CF MX QoQ? P.S. Don't ask. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Protect your mail server with built in anti-virus protection.
