I believe the scheduler service that is affected by these config changes is
not related to the scheduled tasks in CF. This apparently is some service
within the JVM that schedules various things. I am no expert in this area,
but you want to take another look...

Yeah, I've been reading much of this.  We do have one scheduled tast
that is long running.  The hanging server issue occurs well after the
task though, so it doesn't appear to be directly related.  I might
setup a seperate CF instance for tasks though.  hmmm....
