You've got me. Typically, the CF service account needs read/execute rights
to its own directory and to your web files (*.cfm,*.cfc, etc) and
write/delete rights to certain parts of its own directory and to locations
to which you want to write with CFFILE. You do have an option to write
CFGRAPH files to disk, so perhaps you should look at that specific
directory.
