You should be able to set your min in the jvm.config file.  Also, it looks
as though you are using the vanilla VRE, I would seriously recommend you
upgrade - you can do so inline with the existing and launch the server with
that new JRE as a switch argument.

All other JVM attributes set..

I'll prob. try a V7 reinstall and see if that helps.

Well, the app could be using / allocating more memory that what is
specified.  What I would do here is this:

1. Increase the Max Heap to 768 (or 1024)
2. Increase the Min Heap to 768 (or 1024)
3. Remove the line -XX:+UseParallelGC  - it is not required.
4. Modify -XX:MaxPermSize to 64m 
5. Add -XX:PermSize=48m 
6 add -XX:NewSize=256m

Restart JRun and try again. 

You should backup your jvm.config as well before you make these changes.
If
the Flash version works after this then it is a memory issue.
