I wasn't aware that I could use the ISAPI filter (that is used with IIS 5) - 
I'll look at that route. As mentioned, in just trying removing the wildcard 
handler/wildcard dll, using only the application extension mapping that maps 
.cfm to jrun_iis6.dll, I get an error.

The one in question that I need to use in my production enviro is DAF 
(www.dafweb.com) which we use for authentication. But I've tested and repro'd 
using a generic ISAPI filter for testing from Microsoft.
