The default token is not very big and far from unique. We had a similar problem until we turned this on. Of course it also takes a long time to clear up as the person only gets a new token when their cookies expire. You can hurry this along if you want to by purging all client variables or doing some checking and invalidating cookies on people who come in with a short token.
